Do I need a credit card?
No credit card is required for the Free plan. For paid plans, you'll be asked to enter payment details when starting your 7-day trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. You can cancel anytime during your 7-day trial and you won't be charged. No contracts. No commitments.
What happens after the trial?
If you continue using your paid plan after the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.

Can I add more seats?

What counts as an Active Creator Campaign?
An Active Creator Campaign is a campaign that is currently running and accepting creator submissions, reviews or approvals. Archived campaigns do not count toward your limit.
What's the difference between Pro and Creator Teams?
Pro is designed for individuals and smaller teams managing content and occasional creator collaborations. Creator Teams is built for agencies and brands running multiple creator campaigns simultaneously and collaborating across larger teams.
Can clients or creators upload files without an account?
Yes. You can create upload portals and share links with creators, clients or collaborators. They can upload files directly without creating an account.
Can I collect feedback on videos and images?
Yes. Affily includes timestamped video feedback and pinned image comments, making it easy to collaborate without long email threads or scattered feedback.
Is Affily only for creator marketing teams?
No. Affily is used by creator agencies, brands and performance teams, but also by photographers, videographers, creative agencies, freelancers and production teams who need a better way to review and collaborate on content.
